Return & Exchange Policy
* Due to the custom nature of our Bluetooth speaker tumblers, all sales are final. Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your tumbler arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong design, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review your claim and provide a replacement if appropriate.
* We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water exposure to the speaker component, improper charging, or normal wear and tear.
* Bluetooth speakers should be charged and used according to the included instructions. Electronics are not eligible for returns due to buyer’s remorse or compatibility issues after use.
* Order cancellations or changes are accepted only before production begins. Once your order is in production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
